you just have to safe the link to the first chapter in a text file, or just copy it to the inputfield an click download. The whole story will be saved in the format you want to choose.

It has been some years since I wrote this post. Meanwhile a lot has changed over the net and there are so many new different ways to merge a html file into one.
some programs that can be used:
- softsnow merger. (This one is a little old, but I still use it, especially when I want to read story's from fan pages like this site
)- callibre (I just love this program! In the previous post I talked about fanfiction downloader, but I didn't have many choices in what format I wanted the book. My previous ebook could read html files, but with my new one it wasn't possible, so I had to search for a new one)
