SX Meagher

Postby AubreyClark » Mon Mar 15, 2010 8:29 pm

I just wanted to randomly start a topic on how much SX Meagher is one of the greatest gay fiction writers ever.

I remember being very young, not even old enough to legally drink, and reading I Found My Heart in San Francisco. Those characters impacted me immensely, at least as much as any other great work of literature I have consumed. It was, for me, as emotionally resonant as Slaughterhouse-Five or A Tree Grows in Brooklyn.

So, this is my own personal SX Meagher love-fest. Feel free to participate if you are as in love with this author's work as I am.

I did enjoy the first about 4 - 5 "books" of IFMHISF, but I guess that after that I needed a break, and I haven't really been in the mood to go back to the next about 10 - 12 instalments. The writing is of good quality, but I do think that SX Meagher is a bit lengthy in her style of writing.

That's not to imply that I don't like S.X.Meagher, as in fact one of my all time favourite on line romances is "All That Matters" by S.X Meagher. You can still find it on pdafiction.com http://pdafiction.com/meagher.htm.

The Rev put up a little review of this story on the FanFiction Review site http://fanficrev.blogspot.com/search/label/SX%20Meagher

If you haven't read this story yet you have something nice and heart warming waiting for you for a rainy day.
