Here is the full list of teams who received compensatory picks for the 2019 NFL Draft:In case you don’t know, compensatory picks are draft picks awarded to a team based off the subjection evaluation that the team added more quality free agents than they lost during the previous offseason. Granted, to a team that only really lost players like Senio Kelemete and Willie Snead but signed players like Demario Davis, Kurt Coleman (whoops), Patrick Robinson, Ben Watson Thomas Morstead Jersey Stitched , and Jermon Bushrod, it makes sense the Saints didn’t get a compensatory pick this year.Still, it continues a trend of the Saints being dead last in compensatory picks since their inception:As it stands now, that means the New Orleans Saints have only six picks in the 2019 draft, with the vast majority coming in the final rounds. This week, Walker Clement of Cat Scratch Reader answers 5 quick questions about the first showdown of 2018 of two NFC South rivals: the Carolina Panthers hosting the New Orleans Saints.***The Panthers have lost five in a row, but the last four have been one-possession games. Has it just been bad luck White Sam Mills Jersey , or is there something deeper to blame? How hot is Ron Rivera’s seat right now? Would a loss at home to the Saints warm it up any more?If you were Sean Payton, how would you game plan to attack the Panthers defense?Who is one player on the Panthers who Saints fans might not be familiar with that you expect to make an impact on this game? What’s your prediction for the game? Final score?***A big thanks to Walker for taking the time to answer our questions. Make sure you check out his work and the rest of the good folks at Cat Scratch Reader for tons of Panthers content.
