Looking for a Specific Werewolf story

I remember reading a story, I believe it was on this site, with werewolves. I have been searching the for this book and cannot remember the title to save my life. From what I can remember, the female weres had a special gland where they could impregnate other were females... Unfortunately, this is the only detail I can fully remember. Does anyone have any idea of the story I am describing?
