Looking for a uber story in which the girls are college students, and one has a father who is
a cop named Harley, I think. The cop's daughter ends up pregnant when she tells her
partner she wants to experience the feel of semen shooting into her and they experiment
with a donation from a classmate or something.

I think you might be mixing up 2 separate stories. The Dyke and the Debutante has the part about the pregnancy but not the father who's a cop. Another story called Loss (http://xenafiction.net/scrolls/fantasy_loss.html) has the part about the cop named Harley.

Maybe I have some details confused, but neither of these is what I am looking for.
As I recollect, the girls first met when one of the girls had to perform some community
service for damaging something, maybe the cop's motorcycle. As the story evolves,
in more than one volume maybe, the girls end up married with a daughter of their
own. The daughter, or one of the mothers may have been named Sydney, or something
like that. I think the cop's daughter was an artist.

i don't know it still sounds like Loss, they did meet when one girl damaged the the other girl's father's motorcycle (he's a cop named Harley), the girls do end up getting married, and adopt a baby named Sydnee, the cop's daughter is an artist, and this story does continue on in a series.

My apologies, after scanning the first several pages of "Loss" it turns
out to be the story I was looking for. I just didn't remember the
alternating time frames, and the beginning as it is.
