~ One Smile ~
by Cole Micheal
June 2007

Nope! No disclaimers, no Warnings. Mine, mine, mine!

This is just a little something that popped up in my head today. Has this ever happened to you? Have you ever felt this way? Let me know what you think.

One smile, that's all it took.
You reeled me in without even trying.
Just that one smile and I was hooked.

I was hooked on your beautiful hazel eyes
twinkling with mischief and humor.
I was hooked on you blinding smile;
hooked on the self-deprecating shrug
with just a little hint of shyness;
hooked on the way you tilt your head just a little bit
as you pay attention to my prattle.

I was hooked on the fluid cascade of your hair.
I was hooked on your voice,
deep, honeyed, and just plain sexy;
hooked on the shape of your body,
your generous breasts,
your tiny waist and womanly hips;
hooked on your lips, soft and plump,
the color of ripe strawberries.
One smile and I was lost.

I lost myself in your eyes,
in the vortex of sensations swallowing me whole.
I lost myself in one chaste kiss;
felt it was the answer to all my prayers.
I lost myself in your arms,
your warm embrace soothing my fears.
I lost my heart to you?
and I don't care.
One smile, that's all it took.
My whole world tilted on its axis
and has never been the same.
