Can Xena keep Gabrielle from succumbing to the ocean's force, or will the young bard be lost forever? Complications arise when an army takes over Delphi, threatening all of Greece. But, what will Xena choose: her closest friend, hanging onto life by a thread, or the helpless people of Delphi?

In a world teetering on the brink of destruction, the future rests on the shoulders of a handful of children, the only people willing to risk everything and embark on a dangerous journey. They try to escape a sadistic king and his legions of soldiers in search of the one person powerful enough to prevent the apocalypse from descending. The true question is, what is stronger; the will of children fighting for their tomorrow, or the malice of a tyrannical king determined to remain in the past?
