Yet another great Xena story that for whatever reason the author doesn't finish. - Anonymous - Nov-15-2010

Really liked where the sequel was heading. The story was really heating up, all the bad guys lining up to crush our heriones, x/g finally getting a clue. Very sad to see it's been so long since it was updated. I couldn't resist reading it even though it was unfinished, after getting caught up in the first one. Guess we'll never know where the author wanted to take the readers. I have enjoyed reading this x/g classic series. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. - x/g fanatic - Mar-19-2011

Yet again another great Xena/Gabrielle story without an ending.Disappointing to say the least. - Anonymous - Feb-25-2012

Dear Diary... by Hillsys Stalker
Original / Uber | Modern | Alternative | Drama | Very Short Story - 6 pages | Unfinished | Apr-07
Everyone's owned a diary at some point in time. Angelica started her own at a very confusing time in her life. Follow the entries of a confused adolescent as she tries to deal with the curve balls life throws at her, including an openly racist family that hates everything out of the norm, school, friends, love, and her own feelings of loneliness and confusion. In my opinion, it's kind of a 'coming of age' combined with a 'coming out' story.

Differing Shades of Grey by Hillsys Stalker
Xena | Alternative | Drama | Novel - 176 pages | Finished | Jun-07
Related Episodes Return of Callisto (Xena)
Cast: Gabrielle, Xena, Nexa, Amarice, Rosaline, Cyrene, Perdicas, Ares, Aphrodite
Honors/Awards:  #89 in 2007
Part 1 of a Series
Series List: Differing Shades of Grey, Darkening Rays of Light
What if Xena had stopped Callisto from killing Perdicas? What if Perdicas wasn't the perfect man that everyone thought he was? A man that has killed and has fought in wars can't be changed as easily as Perdicas was in the tv show. At least, that's what I think, anyways. There's something about bloodlust that appeals to warriors after they've killed. The only way you can change it is if you want to. Perdicas didn't want to. This story has a lot of spousal abuse, which I must admit, I didn't enjoy writing. This story is mainly about Gabrielle breaking out of her life with Perdicas so she can give a better future to her daughter while Xena adjusts to hers without Gabrielle in it.
Hey! Editor THANKS!!! amazing what a refreshed browser does... By the way did anyone ever tell you, your doing a great job. Thanks again... the story is pretty cool too. - vampireslayer2 - Jul-12-2007

Beautiful story hope to see a sequel in the near future. I just love Nexa, such a cutie. - Anonymous - Dec-01-2007

I loved the story, but I absolutely detest how it ends. I feel like the ending was rushed, and left alot of unanswered questions and unresolved issues. It definetly needed a sequel or atleast a lengthy epilogue. - Brighteyez - Jan-08-2008

Okay. Just so I can assure anyone that has read this and thinks that there were too many loose ends, I've decided to write this. There is going to be a sequel, hence the reason I left so many ends untied. I plan to tie them all up in the next story. Thanks for reading!

I iked the interactions of Callisto and Gabrielle and especially the fact that Grabrelle was able to forgive Callisto and in doing so, Callisto was able to forgive herself. - Patricia Roberts - Feb-24-2008

I love this story!! Very good, very powerful writing. It may make you cry. I highly recommend it. I feel like I'm watching it on television. - ~E.B.F.R.~ - Feb-28-2008

Great story, very well written. Loved little Nexa. Looking forward to the sequel(Can't wait to see how long it takes Xena to figure out that Nexa was named after her.) - Anonymous - Mar-15-2008

On the subway ride home, she works up the nerve to call her ex to figure out what happened. Awesome read! My only complaint is that it was too short, there are so many intriguing avenues left unexplored... maybe in a sequel? :) - Anonymous - Mar-11-2010

WOW - Anonymous - May-06-2010

wonderful short story. - Anonymous - May-08-2010

I love this story! Too many curse words so I can't share it with my older sister, she'd thump me on the back of my head for reading bad words. Hmm, wonder if I can bleep them...
She's got to read how Riley handled her dad and the warmth surrounding the character's Allison & Riley. This is just such a great story. Thank you, Hillsys Stalker! - Samantha - May-20-2010
