This is one of those stories that I've read over and over again. It's well written, with rich and colorful characters. I loved it. - darkenedkarma - Sep 26th, 2002

I thought I would mention to all my fellow readers that Blue Oblivion has a sequel. It's called 'A Rose in Blue.' A terrific continuation of Blue Oblivion, that deserves to be read and enjoyed by all. There's no link to it yet on the Atheneum but they have been busy lately... :) - darkenedkarma - Oct 8th, 2002

So glad to see this on the 25 list as it means other folks are out there reading this really entertaining story. Blue & Connor are fun to follow in this love story with a surprising backstory, mystery, familybusiness with mafia overtones. Excellent & often funny banter between the leads as well as supporting character/friends. Written so well, I could close my eyes and hear Blue singing in the club. Also have read the sequel "A Rose in Blue" and is, too, is top notch fun to read. Like these girls so well I'd like to see JP make a trilogy out of it. Too bad JP's addy link isn't working. She is probably missing some great feedback on this one. This is definitely one of those stories you want to read again. - O Ger - Dec 2nd, 2003

Great characters! Excellent read! More please! - Anonymous - Jun-23-2009

I had to stop mid story and come back to praise these stories. I CAN NOT understand for the life of me why there aren't more praises for this author and her talent. These two are not only great, they are fabulous. Great characters, smooth ride on interactions and great sarcasm. This writer should be published. I hope we get more from you soon. Thanks so much for sharing your gift. - JettBlk - Jul-15-2010

This is a short story that doesn't feel finished. It feels like the appetiser. I'd like to see the characters develop further. However, J.P. has written it very well. Watching Charlie's life unfold is fascinating. I'm only sorry there's not more of it. - Lyn B - Feb-12-2011

Good story, not as good as the 1st one though. The scene with the flesh eating bacteria is hilarious :-). Missing link after part 6, just increase the number in the URL. - Anonymous - Apr-09-2007
