| This story had a lot of potential. I enjoyed the premise and thought there was a lot of emotional anger and legitimate issues that occur in families in which children don't live up to their parents expectations - and parents who are heavy handed control freaks. The author did impose 20th century values onto a ancient Greek culture, as most fan fiction writers do, but there are universal expectations between parents and children that do transcend eras and cultures. - Karon Reiter - Jul-01-2011 This story is different and could be set in anytime up until very recently when women were seen as property (and still are in some places).
