dont usually read NCIS stories, but i was EXTREMELY bored one night as i had run out of stories from the usual genre i read (xena/gab (duh)) : ) and i saw this one as a hosted story on the what's new page, and since i love the show decided i would read it...anyhow, moving to the point, i thought this was a very well written story and followed the character's personalities really well! great job! - Nicole - Mar-22-2010

This has definitely become one of my favorite stories. I could easily picture it as another NCIS episode the characters were so spot on. I especially liked the English mix-ups Ziva made. Another great fic from Lisa Countryman. I was familiar with her fics from Voyager fandom, and was happily surprised to find this fic from her. Well, I think my recommendation is a little biased since this story was written by the woman I married last week. You'll forgive me this indulgence, I'm sure. I still read this one every year simply because she has done everything right: plot, characterization, and intrigue. Lisa's Ziva is the only Ziva I believe anymore. ;) - DiNovia - Jul-15-2013
