*SPOILER ALERT!!!*
Let me start off by saying I really wasn't looking for anything inparticular... but wanted something to do this evening...

I stumbled across Second chances purely accidental.....around 8 this evening and was so caught within the story's web, I stayed up and continued reading the sequel... It is now almost 3am and I just finished reading one of the most heart wrenching tales I have in a while.

The life and drama of hospital tales have always been my favorite. *snort* heaven knows I've seen more than I like from the inside.

You did finominal with your detailing of the chaos that is the ER. And painted quite a picture of the daily life.

The love between Alex and Regina is amazing... My heart leaped when Alex was shot. I am just glad it came to a happy ending... that they made it through together.

This story had me hooked from the first to the last word. Letting the tale unravel just makes you anxious to know what happens...

I was left with a few questions. I am curious on one thing....maybe I missed it not sure yet... Did Alex ever give her the ring?

I would love to read something else you have written some day. You spin an amazing tale.

Anywho...as I mentioned it is very late and I should get some rest..Before my head hits the keys and I have weird shaped letters across my forehead. *L* - Anonymous - Apr-30-2006

OMG,OMG!!!! This is a "must!" Just amazing! - Anonymous - May-17-2008

This story picks up where Second Chances left off. It ties up a few loose ends, but definitely has its own plot and mysteries going on, too. It even had a few actions scenes that had me on the edge of my seat! Definitely worth the read. (As a side note, there is also less of the emergency room gore, if anyone was concerned.) - Word_Mage - Jun-07-2008

Great addition to the Alex and Regina story!! Thank you!! More please? - Anonymous - May-14-2011

the author's style of writing draws you in. the story is really good and its on of those stories where you can just fall in love with the characters. recommended read for sure! - Anonymous - Sep-18-2011

This is a wonderful story; Xena & Gabrielle as doctors in this modern-day uber. Lynne Norris must be a doctor or knows one really well ;). Please write another seque, there are a few loose ends that I'd love to see how you tie them together. This was my third reading and by the time I get to the last line I'm always left wondering how Alex & Regina faired with the challenges that lay ahead. Thank you Lynne Norris! This is a very compelling story. - Samantha - Nov-02-2012

Lynne Norris is an excellent author. I couldn't stop reading Second Chances once I started. I was captivated by the great story and the excellent style that she has. Regina and Alex's love developed slowly and when the time came for them to realize it, it was beautiful in every way. Keep on writing, Lynne, I'll be looking for more from you! - Katia N. Ruiz - Jun 23rd, 2003

If you haven't already ready "Second Chances"....please do. It's a wonderful story set in the Emergency Department of a Medical Center. It's a story filled with a building friendship, emotions, and suspense. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've read the book (424 pages) and it's so well written that each time I couldn't put it down until I completed it. This is a MUST!! - Jeanne - Sep 12th, 2005

this story was great. It is like the Energizer bunny. It keeps going and going and going. And when it ends you want it to keep going and going and going. I certainly would enjoy more of this story. The characters were very strongly developed and multi-dimensional. I give this story 10 thumbs up. - Erica - Sep 17th, 2005

Just fantastic! Really,really excellent! This is a MUST!!!!! - Anonymous - May-15-2008

This story is a very entertaining read. I really enjoyed it. The characters were well-drawn with realistic arcs. The plot kept me reading and reading to see what would happen next. There were a few graphic parts - most of it is set in an emergency room - but most of it was not too bad. You still might not want to read it before bed, though. ;) - Word_Mage - Jun-03-2008

I was looking for a good story to read and the review looked very promising. I gotta say by the end of this story( I read it in one sitting) I was tried and wanted more. - Ami - Oct-16-2010

Heart-warming and sweet story, about two women who each have their own baggages but like the title implies, have a second chance with each other. Nice and enjoyable read. - Anonymous - Mar-04-2017
