This was a very absorbing and worthwhile read. The direction and the events that start to materialize as the story begins to accelerate and shift, draw out the fury in Xena's passionate and all consuming love to protect and keep Gabrielle safe and the Gods help anyone who dares even think, let alone harms her partner. The frantic white hot anger that Xena calls forth makes this a very satisfying story. Thumbs up. - kazy - Feb-21-2013
