| This was a very well written story that is quite moving in a quiet subtle way. It's penetrating without being in your face sentimental. It would've made a wonderful episode to following up on Xena's relationship with her son, more personal than the hard hitting episode 'Maternal Instincts' that re-introduces Solan to Xena a few years after 'Orphan of War'.
