This is a great story. It would be wonderful if it was finished. What there is of it sucks you in.
The same Cage as in Life's Little Edge, but Cage is the main character this time.
More please! - Georgia - Apr-10-2012

Love it, read and enjoy. - vampireslayer2 - Aug-11-2007

This is definitely finished and an AMAZING piece of fiction. - Anonymous - Oct-28-2007

What a wonderful story! O'Malley is such a great character. Suspense and romance will keep your eyes glued to the monitor until the very end. - Anonymous - Aug-25-2008

A very good story with a nice twist at the end. enjoyable or sure. :) - Anonymous - Aug-27-2008

I love this story because it has resulted in one my my best friendships. LLE was recommended to me by The Raven and after reading it, I wrote my first fan letter. I found her military references right on target and her characters intriguing. And realistic. O'Malley isn't always a nice person, her scars run deep and she personifies Irish temper. But she is as authentic and noble as they come, just like the author. Roselle's writing rocks! I highly recommend this story. - Cheyne - Sep-02-2008

This is a GREAT story and I really hope that there is a sequel on the horizon! - Anonymous - Sep-04-2008

I want to add a "ditto" to what Cheyne said except maybe for the irish temper part...LOL. - lee - Sep-06-2008

Great characters, good story. Well done. I would love to read more of your stories. - Marty - Sep-08-2008

Couldn't close the browser. Great read! Just finished it a week ago and am ready to read it again. - Mayhem - Sep-27-2008

Excellent story by this "first time" fan fiction author.
Characters were energetic and exciting. The story makes it hard to stop reading, so make sure you have the time to read to the end. Definitely a must read. Congratulations Roselle Graskey! Please feel free to give us more to read. - aj - Sep-30-2008

Loved this story and all the characters. Couldn't put it down! - Ginger - Dec-03-2008

Love this story I was completely drawn in...stay up all night reading - Anonymous - Dec-07-2008

This is an amazing story. I loved it. The characters were unique and very real. And the ending, wow. - BardGirl - Mar-31-2009

OMG! I can only just say ...WOW. I was intrigued from the start and then became addicted. The fight scenes were on the edge of your seat suspense. The main characters pain was felt and touched me in depths that cause me to clench my fists in anguish. What a roller coaster ride! I must say ...READ THIS~!!
You will not regret it...you MUST do this! - XNU - Apr-06-2009

great story!!! good plot, great characters, very fast and fun read! - dalila - Apr-13-2009

How I missed this little gem I'll never know. It's got the lot, exciting well thought out plot, action, great characters, romance and a few twists and turns along the way. I also think there's life left in these characters yet, so a sequel would be nice or have I missed that one too? - Sai - Apr-16-2009

This is really fantastic and very different. I definitely recommend this. Its one of those little hidden gems that you always find on this wonderful site and perfect for a rainy sunday and a cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows. - LSC - May-10-2009

**** Spoiler Warning **** hmm.. i still wanted to have Cage's ass kicked even though she's alright. can't believe O'milley just let it go, and Terri's less involvement to the ending of the 'crime'. heheh.. but nonetheless, very good read. i like. I usually just click the story exit if i don't like. even when im in the middle of it. heheh.. - belle - Oct-05-2009

This is a great story and I'm surprised there aren't more of us who've read it. I do wish for a sequel, Callan is a great character. - JettBlk - Jan-14-2010

this story is riveting, mesmerizing. i was totally worthless at work since all i wanted was to get home to finish it. thank you, charlie, for the recommendation. - kc - Aug-30-2010

This is a fantastic story. One of the best I've read with wonderful twists and turns. So glad I found Roselle Graskey. What a great author. Can I put in a request for a sequel? Please? - Anonymous - Sep-11-2010

this is one of my all time favorite pieces of fiction. it never gets old with rereading and each character is well developed. - Anonymous - Sep-18-2010

Awesome read. Strongly recommend it. - Sarah - Sep-23-2010

Loved the story so much that when "life's Little Edge" came out in print in 2005, I went out and bought my own copy. If you liked this story check out "October's Promise", also out in print. - LT - Sep-29-2010

Highly recommend! - Peyton Andrews - Nov-26-2010

This fic rocked my world! Perfect mix of strong characters, compelling storyline, rough & tumble action, and some well written love scenes ;) I have to admit i have never been overly interested in biker culture but while reading this i have totally decided i need to get myself naked over the back of a bike ;p - Michelle - Apr-14-2011

Someone mentioned this being a hidden gem. So true. I feel like I've watched a film. - Silver - May-10-2011

I liked this story so much I have it bookmarked for re-reads. Well worth it. - Dynamo - Jul-11-2011

This is a great original story. Gun runners, bikers, low-lifes, Oh my!
a great read - but I think it is more novel sized. Main characters were well developed but also all the secondary characters seems well developed too. - Georgia - Apr-09-2012

This story is an absolutely fantastic read! It is gripping from the very first page with engaging characters and great dialogue. Don't miss this roller-coaster ride of mystery, romance, commitment ... and motorcycles :) - Ricky - Mar-18-2013

Amazing! I feel like i just watched a film. These characters and the story are so incredibly real. Just read it. You will be hooked. I did not want this to end... - Anonymous - Apr-03-2013

An action filled thriller that's highly original. Great secondary characters aswell. - Anonymous - Jan-07-2015

This is without question one of the best stories I've read. The characters, dialog, and action are all engaging and relate-able. The characters are not perfect, but you find yourself investing in them. I draws you in and doesn't let go. - JT - May-07-2017
