Excellent story and charactors. Very well written and keeps you reading. Based on other reviews I thought it would be much better. One of the characters comes across as bipolar, there is no consistency of the character. But the biggest slap in the face comes at the expense of the BDSM community, the author suggests that you have to have been molested as a child or a sex addict to be into BDSM. Don't waste your time on this one. This is the sequel to Into the Dark and its definitely one to read. The first in this series 'Into the Dark' captured me from the start. The story 'Learning to Climb' has brought the story forward in ways that you have to read to understand. The characters have developed further along with the relationship, as if by being in their relationship they have grown even further than they would have on their own. A wonderful story and I really hope that third will be written, so Sharon if your reading this, please.. PLEASE.. write the third in the series.
