A very fast, zippy, well-written and superbly well-plotted ride. I was hesitant reading this because of the low spice index and that fact that it was first-person, but after you read through, the first person works really well to tell the story here. One of the most memorable reads so far, with a fantastic antagonist. Love it! Wish there was a sequel! In between encounters with old girlfriends, a slow death involving marmalade, and bounty hunters with no sense of humour, Lynn and her new mistress attempt to work out exactly what they are to each other- and who's in charge.
Fast, tight dialog reveals well drawn characters in this clever story. I read it twice to catch all the dynamics between the characters.
