Welcome Vale, :)

Today's, ladies and gentlemen, I was told by my best friend that she was pregnant and the baby was mine. At first I was sceptical for obvious reasons (I'm a woman, she's a woman), but after doing the math (which, you know, math major so I'm pretty good at it), I finally have to believe the child is mine.
Me - "Quiz time!"
Student - "I ain't going to lie to you. I didn't pay attention to anything you were doing up there."
Me - "I noticed. Feel for you. Here's your quiz."

You may call me Silver.

So how did I do it? Well, it first started with a massage on an air mattress...and...well...I can't go into such details on a public forum...

Hey Vale! *waves back* I'm glad you stopped by on your way to the stories. Just finished reading the Chronicles of Ratha series by Aurelia and enjoyed them immensely.

Silver, you dog! :big grin: Congrats on achieving the impossible! :applause:

Gotta love living in the tornado alley. Had a couple touch down about an hour and a half away today (Well, technically yesterday but I haven't fallen asleep yet, so to me it's still today. If that made any sense what so ever.) in the early evening. Luckily the reports say that the damage was light. So, here's me hoping that summer comes soon and we get out of the season relatively unscathed.

Hi Vale , Welcome!

Celtic hold on tight  We had a tornado touch down here in central washington the other day. It picked up a barn and moved it about a 1/2 mile

Just wanted to say to everyone take care of yourselves on tuesday the 18th of may I had a HEART ATTACK!!! I have no other health problems other than my arthrities, but I still stay active and I eat fairly good. I had 2 stents put in my heart wednesday morning and I just got home from the hospital today! So everybody out there just be aware of the early warning signs! Ok now I will get off my soap box.

Thanks Silver! Yea I feel ok just really tired . The Doctor said that it will be about four weeks before I can really start to do anything really strenuous and for the first two weeks I can't lift anything over 10 pounds so I can't even pick up the cat because he weights 17 pounds.! :winking2:

Thanks Scotti ! I'm OK. The Doctor said that even though he had to put the two stents in for blocked arteries. There was no major damage to the heart its self. I called 911 really quick and took a couple of aspirin while I waited for the ambulance and the doctor said that probably helped the heart muscle.

Yikes! I'm glad you're okay Charlie13! Who else will we be able to bug for random links to stuff?? Take it easy there, and as Pippinfluff said, let your cat do all the work for ya.

And random side note, I attempted to mow the lawn and went out in a sneezing fit of glory. I had hoped that my allergy season was over, but alas, it is not. Hope everyone else's Monday is going better.

I like Scotti's Monday better than Amber's.

My Monday was spent learning all about depression in one class and then schizophrenia in another. We watched over a dozen crude, early electric shock treatments and didn't say a word about the cruelty. However show one kitten getting shocked the same way and suddenly we're like "Awww! Oh my god, that's so horrible!" There are 30 girls in that class by the way.

Why do people react more to animal cruelty then to human cruelty?
Why most they landscape the apartment complex when I'm trying to get a nap?
Why is moving so aggravating?
Why? (You'll know the answer to that one if you've read the Micky Knight Series by JM Redmann)

Hello all,

Wow, I can't believe Yuri's initial forum post took on a life of its own. Have you seen how many times this thread has been viewed, not to mention the comments? So very cool. :applause:

So, how many of you will be at the GCLS con this year?

:big grin: annnndddddd How are my lovely ladies doing?!!!! :big hug:

I've been swamped with school but now...I'm officially...DONE WITH HIGH SCHOOL!!! :applause: :applause: :applause: :D

I graduate on saturday :) My retarded administration finally let me wear some slacks instead of not letting me walk if I didnt wear a dress :) that was a good thing. BUT then the same administrator that was giving me problems about what I was gonna wear for graduation...Called me a "young man" at my senior awards in front of EVERYONE.

I had a LONG, silent walk to the front of the stage from all the way in the back. Talk about embarrasing :?

It would seem..I've missed some interesting discussions here :) Kinda happy about that lol

Charlie! Thank goodness you're well! My passed away from a heart attack in december. I'm very happy you're doing better and I congratulate you on your fast thinking. It saved your life!

I thought I'd add in.....I LOVE glee :big grin: much like my twin.

Lets see what else.....Oh I'm feeling a little sick right now *sniffles/sneezes* I hope i'm good by saturday.

Speaking of saturday! The weather says its gonna be raining on saturday. Guess who's graduation is OUTDOORS in the football field?!! You guessed right...mine!!

I'm also having some girl problems :( I hope we can get through this...

Yeah, this post shows my ADD lol Sorry!!!
I'm very happy to be back, and I'll try to stick around this time eh? Someone stick some velcro on me or somethin.

Oh and Vale :) Welcome to the thread! Sorry I'm a bit late on the welcome!

Have a good one!
