Wow, I can't believe Yuri's initial forum post took on a life of its own. Have you seen how many times this thread has been viewed, not to mention the comments? So very cool. :applause:

So, how many of you will be at the GCLS con this year?

This thread is very cool indeed! :D And you know, I didn't even know GCLS existed. It sounds pretty cool, however, as I am in the midwest I don't think I'll be going to it. Too expensive for me. Have fun though!

I've been swamped with school but now...I'm officially...DONE WITH HIGH SCHOOL!!! :applause: :applause: :applause: :D

I graduate on saturday :) My retarded administration finally let me wear some slacks instead of not letting me walk if I didnt wear a dress :) that was a good thing. BUT then the same administrator that was giving me problems about what I was gonna wear for graduation...Called me a "young man" at my senior awards in front of EVERYONE.

I had a LONG, silent walk to the front of the stage from all the way in the back. Talk about embarrasing :?

CONGRATS YURI!!! Now that you got your basic classes out of the way, you can start taking the fun classes in college. :big grin: :applause: :applause:

I can't believe that arsewipe called you young man. The hall was probably silent probably 'cause everyone else was embarrassed for you and couldn't believe that he called you that when you're obviously not male. Eh, hold your head up high Yuri! After Saturday, you'll never have to deal with him again. Unless a hurricane sweeps up the coast, nabs him, and deposits him in you living room. If that happens... then you know someone has a sense of humor.

Lets see what else.....Oh I'm feeling a little sick right now *sniffles/sneezes* I hope i'm good by saturday.

Speaking of saturday! The weather says its gonna be raining on saturday. Guess who's graduation is OUTDOORS in the football field?!! You guessed right...mine!!

I'd suggest taking a vitamin C suppliment... but since it's never actually been scientifically proved that it actually does anything, all I can say is get get better buddy! At least you don't have to give a speech during the ceremony, you can just sit in your chair until you walk across the stage.

I'm also having some girl problems :( I hope we can get through this...

Having problems with your SO sucks. Hardcore. I feel for ya buddy. *hugs*

I'm very happy to be back, and I'll try to stick around this time eh? Someone stick some velcro on me or somethin.

Hi everybody and welcome to all the new people!

Getting old is HELL!!!! I just got out of the Hospital again (that is 2 times in less than a month!) :surprise2: I became very anemic and had to go into the hospital and get 4 units of blood. I just got out today. Never been in the hospital my whole life (except for stitches in the emergency rooms) and now 2 times !

Yuri!! Sorry about all the stuff you had to deal with before the graduation!!! But the most important thing is U R Graduate!!! CONGRATS!!!! :applause:

Well now this very old feeling woman is going to lay down and rest!!!

I'm terribly bored at the moment :(

Sooooooooooooooooooo! I thought I'd share something I found out today!

Did anyone know that KFC grows their own chickens to slaughter? I mean....I suppose its a good thing since if they didnt a lot of the chicken produced would be bought by them...but on the downside they seriously PACK the cages they grow them in. WHICH! Brings up the issue of animal cruelty which I don't want to talk about since its a nasty issue. ALSO! Did you know that they check the chickens for tumors before they kill them? Apparently, two tumors is ok....But if there's three! It can't be processed.

I Dont think I'm going to be eating KFC any time soon.............................granted I do love me some chicken. Mmmmmm....

:D I'm outta here, but I hope everyone's doing well and life's treating you alright. If not I'll have to beat it up for you :P

Yuri, Congratulations! :applause: :applause: :big grin:

I didn't know about KFC, but prefer Popeye's chicken. Their biscuits are better, too. Sometimes I get a bunch of biscuits and cut up strawberries and add either whip cream or ice cream and make a fast strawberry shortcut cake.

Mostly I grill or bbq organic chix on my backyard gas grill all year long. Cooked up a mess of food for family and friends last night. Yum!

Off to Santa Cruz for the weekend and hoping to not get to sunburned.

Hi everyone. Congratulations Yuri. That is a beautiful name. Thanks for starting this thread.

I recently started reading fanfiction. There was one Radclyff book in my library and after that I had to read more. Eventually I found this forum because I was looking for recommendations. Since I am new I have lots to read but I also learned that I missed a lot because of hard-to-find/no longer published/lost stories.

I am glad to meet you all.

Hi thobuon,

Welcome to the forum, I hope that you'll find what you came looking for :)

As for finding what has been lost - you might want to try out this perhaps slightly geekish but very easy way of looking for what has been lost ...

Happy reading!
