What can you say about Bat Morda's storytelling talent that hasn't already been said? She has a following that worships her every word. Or at least she use to. This story was one of her first submissions. It's exciting, touching, heartbreaking, sensual and romantic. Bat has a talent for creating original characters in her stories that are equal to the meat and bones of Xena and Gabrielle and she doesn't disappoint in this one. She has created someone who's damaged soul sets the pace and drives the story toward its conclusion. To add to the mix, there are other absorbing characters that makes for a very ingenious plot with lots of maneuvering and intrigue.
