What the~? Why on earth has there been only ONE recommendation so far for what ended up being the best story I read all month? I know it hasn't been up long, but goshdarnit! I will say that I started out with low expectations - I simply couldn't help it with a title like that. Norsebard has really captured the early series pairing. I usually prefer the later series (2-4) but this is well written and you feel Xena's pain as suddenly the person who has opened her heart to the possibility of love and life is taken from her.
