Detective A. Zachary and Kerry Longworth meet under the most difficult of circumstances, and find themselves inexplicably drawn to each other. Exploring these feelings proves difficult, however, as life insists on throwing them curve after curve. I found myself glued to the end of my seat right to the end of this action-packed tale. What a ride!!! Alex the Cat has done it again...managed to combine some of the hottest sex scenes in the Uber world, with an absolutely fabulous story-line. Who knew finding the right apartment could change your whole life? For Sam, finding a renter like Mike, who is willing not only to pay first and last month's rent, as well as her security deposit in advance, but also help with the repairs Sam needs to do on the last apartment, was a dream come true. As they get to know one another, Sam begins to wonder what other dreams Mike might make come true. You'll have to read to find out, and believe me, it's well worth your time!!! Every now and then you run across a story that plays like a movie reel in your mind while reading..this one did it for me. I simply love the story line and the development of characters in such a short story(hint)was very well done. I kept wishing that it would go on and on... Anyway you must read this story by Alex the Cat. Butch/Femme stories are really a turn on and this does the genre justice. I can't rate this story highly enough! I loved it. Unlike the first reviewer I loved the butch/femme theme. I wish there were more like it. We are a broad community with many different types of people and styles of living. We are not all the same. This story reflects me and the way I live my life. So a big thank you to the author.
