If You come up with a little more info on what kind of story You like I might be able to think of something else. The stories listed above is just some of my favorite "long" original/uber stories.

Just a comment - even tough "long" might be nice in some aspects I still find the storyline and "quality" of writing far more important. Anyway I find this stories worth reading.

Now I'm going to read other stories which you pointed me to;

I don't care the sort, most important to me is it is written well and the author isn't in a hurry to putting an end to the story itself obtaining disastrous results or anyway with an end not suitable to the story.

you can sort for novel or novella length stories. I found this helpful when I was jonesing for a long read and had no idea what to read next. There are 513 novel length options. Choose uber & orignal there are 357 choices to read. You can limit the number by using title first letter, I used "G" and that gave me 12 choices under U&O. There are also plenty of recommendations that can help you choose.
