Banshee of Banner Lake
This is the tune that spawned Azhani's infamous nickname.

On the banks of the Banner one foggy spring morn
Prince Arris he came, his father to mourn.
Old King Thodan, he'd passed in his sleep.
And now it was time,
Arris had promises to keep.
He raised his sword to the Gods and the land
and swore many oaths
it was ever so grand.
The lords and ladies came, by ones and by twos
with their words they spoke oaths both mighty and true.
One lady would not, and she was no lord -
the old kings Warleader, the bitch with the sword.
Arris was crowned by the banks of the Banner
as the fog gave way to the sun,
and Azhani the traitor - her oaths were undone.
Oathbreaker is she - her life no more free.
Warriors rose and Challenged at Arris' command
and Azhani took them all, hand to hand.
Blood fed the dirt on the shores of the lake,
and the old king's Warleader became a demon that day.
Azhani Rhu'len, the bitch with the sword, never a lady, never a lord.
She's the old king's Warleader and your life she will take.
If you dare cross her, the Banshee of Banner Lake!
One by one, she felled them all.
Great and mighty - tiny and small,
All who stood against Azhani died that day.
Til none were left to block the way.
Azhani Rhu'len, the bitch with the sword
walked away from the Banner, all covered in gore
and Arris the King, could not do a thing.
So if you should see her, my lads and my lasses,
cross the road and hide your asses
for sure as sweets will bring a child glee,
your life is forfeit should you face the Banshee!

"Bright sun has gone
and the pale moon comes.
Lift up high
Reach the sky
take my family home.
Earth and air
Fire and water
bind us all
Father and son
Mother and daughter.
Bright sun has gone
and the pale moon comes.
See up high
in the sky
they are home."
